It depends on the scale of your wedding. For a full-service wedding planner in Delhi, expect to budget between ₹2 lakh and ₹25 lakh+ for the planning fee alone (this does not include vendor costs like catering or decoration). A smaller wedding with 100-200 guests and 2-3 functions will be at the lower end. A large-scale wedding with 500+ guests, multiple venues, and a destination component will be higher. We share exact pricing after an initial discussion about your requirements.
Yes, a significant portion of our work is destination weddings. We regularly plan weddings in Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Rishikesh, Jim Corbett, Chandigarh, Punjab, and Goa. We have on-ground vendor relationships in each of these locations, which means we do not rely on random Google searches to find your caterer or decorator — we work with people we have personally vetted.
Ideally, 8-12 months before your wedding date. If you are planning a destination wedding, especially during peak season (November through February), booking 12-18 months ahead helps secure the best venues. That said, we have also helped couples who came to us with 3-4 months left — it is tighter, but doable if venues and vendors are available.
Yes, and we will be upfront about what is achievable within your budget. We do not believe in promising things we cannot deliver. If your budget is ₹15 lakh for the entire wedding including vendors, we will show you realistic options — the right venue, good-quality caterers, and décor that looks great without burning money. Our job is to maximize value, not upsell.
Our full-service package covers: venue selection and booking, décor design and setup for all functions, vendor sourcing and coordination (caterer, photographer, makeup artist, DJ, mehendi artist, pandit, etc.), guest management and hospitality, budget planning with expense tracking, timeline and run-sheet creation, and full on-day team deployment. We also offer partial planning and day-of-coordination packages for couples who have already done some of the groundwork.
