It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically as we do not provide individual notifications for modifications.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations related to your use of Wedly Events Services.
Wedly Events prohibits the unauthorized posting, modification, distribution, or reproduction of any content, trademarks, or proprietary information belonging to Wedly Events, its partners, or third parties without prior written consent. Continued infringement may result in immediate termination of access as well as legal action. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please provide us with substantiated documentation for prompt review.
All content presented on the Wedly Events platform is protected by intellectual property laws. You are strictly prohibited from editing, modifying, or adding any content directly on the website. Please engage with our platform only within the prescribed usage guidelines.
Your use of the Wedly Events Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the terms laid out in the Privacy Policy.
Under no circumstances shall Wedly Events or any affiliated party (including employees, directors, or agents) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services rendered during your period of use.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to attempt resolution through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
You agree to indemnify and hold Wedly Events, its affiliates, and associated personnel harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, including any legal fees incurred in the process of defending against such claims.
The failure of Wedly Events to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that provision. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any claim arising out of the use of Wedly Events Services must be filed within three (3) months, and no later than six (6) months from when the claim initially arises. Claims not filed within the specified timeframe shall be waived.
